Every guest rides up the mountain in their own forward facing, custom embroidered leather seat. The cat also features gear cubbies for guests that are big enough for helmets and small gear, with built in heaters so you can store and dry your gear as we travel to the next run. Enjoy the views in style as you look forward (literally) to your next run.

For your viewing pleasure, the cats have large windows and skylights to soak in all the Keefer Magic. The windows run along both sides of the cat for the ultimate panorama experience. The front row seats are elevated from the rear seating. Perched up front, guests will enjoy a 360-degree vista and get to marvel in the Monashees.
Making the journey epic
We like to think the journey is as good as the destination... The cat road trip will have you singin' along to your favourite tunes with our state-of-the-art Bluetooth sound system. No (cat) road trip is complete without snacks—enjoy your custom lunch and cat-snacks, and sip on hot coffee, tea water, or juice while we traverse along our mountain roads.

Meet Rogue One and Star Destroyer (yes, we’re Star Wars fans up here)! These PistenBully 400’s are beasts of machines that handle climbing the gnarliest of terrain with ease. Not only will they get you back up to the top of the mountain so you can keep crushing laps all day, but they also provide ultimate comfort for your ascent and for your climb in and out of the cab.
The cabins entrance is at the back of the cat instead of on the side and there is a convenient set of retractable steps that make getting in the cabin a breeze. The custom engineered ski and board storage racks that wrap the back of the cabin ensure gear is secure for the ride and means nothing gets mixed up or lost! There is even covered storage outside the main cab for extra gear and supplies that is accessible from inside the cab.

With over 20 years of guiding experience in BC’s backcountry, Jeff Gostlin, Owner of Gostlin Keefer Lake Lodge, has curated all of the finest details from his pursuit to customize his Catski operation. From the lodge itself to the cat roads and the staff, to the (awesomely named) ski runs, every handpicked aspect of Keefer makes it one-of-a-kind, and the cats are no exception.
Offering personalized bagged lunches and hot coffee and tea, plus bumpin’ tunes in the cat cab, we have learned that there is no cruising altitude at Keefer as we are constantly dreaming up new ways to enhance the guest experience.
