Before You Book
Our winter Catskiing season runs from December through March. Outside of those dates, we can accommodate corporate retreats throughout the year. To get the full Keefer experience, we recommend booking between June and September, when guests can take advantage of our outdoor amenities and activities, including kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing, hiking, lawn games, and more. These unique experiences are what truly set Keefer apart and help create memorable team-building retreats.
Currently, we have 25 guest rooms and 30 beds in total.
Yes, once all guest rooms are booked, we do allow for onsite camping.
We host corporate retreats, leadership summits, strategic planning sessions, executive meetings, team-building events, company celebrations, workshops, and off-site business gatherings.
Gostlin Keefer Lake Lodge offers accommodation across two beautiful timber-framed mountain lodges. The Black Bear Lodge features 9 guest rooms, while the Pinnacles Lodge offers 16 guest rooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom and stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Guests also have access to comfortable common areas, lounges, and lodge amenities throughout their stay. For larger groups, additional accommodations such as camping options may also be available, depending on your event requirements.
Unlike a traditional hotel conference center, Keefer offers a private mountain retreat experience where your team can step away from the distractions of everyday work and connect in a truly unique setting. Nestled in the Monashee Mountains beside a pristine alpine lake, Keefer combines comfortable accommodations, chef-prepared dining, wellness amenities, and outdoor recreation, all in one location.
With exclusive-use opportunities, stunning natural surroundings, and a balance of productive meeting spaces and outdoor experiences, Keefer creates an environment that fosters meaningful connection, creativity, and collaboration in a way that a traditional conference center simply can't replicate.
We find that 2-3 nights is the ideal length for most corporate retreats. This gives your team enough time to balance productive meetings, team-building activities, and relaxation, while still making the most of everything Keefer has to offer. For groups looking to incorporate more outdoor adventures, wellness activities, or strategic planning sessions, a 3-night retreat is often the perfect fit. However, we can customize the experience to suit your goals, schedule, and budget.

While You're Here
As a remote mountain lodge beside a lake, bugs are a natural part of the summer environment. We recommend bringing bug spray, citronella bands, or other personal protection. We also use lamps and bug zappers around the lodge to help reduce them.
