We achieve this by using as many locally procured goods as we can, including our produce and our proteins. Every meal at Keefer is prepared onsite and is inspired by global cuisines. The dining room features large windows where you can see the stunning view of Keefer Lake and the adjoining large mountains, creating an unforgettable dining experience that tantalizes the senses. During the winter, your lunch is customized with snacks and homemade treats that you can enjoy directly on the mountain. Regain your energy and plan your next line at the same time, ensuring an uninterrupted day of Catskiing. For the summer enjoy lunches on the upper or lower patio utilizing the freshest of fresh, local ingredients.

Keefer Lake Lodge has an extensive collection of wine including a selection of local BC Wines to suit any pallet. Our sommelier will match the perfect wine to complement that evening's dinner and guide you through the ultimate tasting experience. We are happy to bring in a favourite vintage or accommodate special requests with advance notice. Some Keefer Lake wine list favourites include Roche Winery, Tantalus Winery, and Church and State Winery.
