We can host up to 50 people for an indoor dinner and reception party and up to 100 people for an outdoor celebration using our outdoor event tent.

Once you’ve chosen or narrowed down your preferred date, book a site visit as soon as possible because dates fill quickly. After the walkthrough, sign the contract and pay the deposit to secure your wedding date.

No. In the winter months we operate as a Catski vacation destination 7 days per week from late December to early April

Yes, we offer a scenic lakefront ceremony site framed by mountain views.

Keefer provides all food for events, and outside food or catering is not permitted. Our talented chefs create a delicious and diverse menu designed to suit a variety of tastes and dietary preferences, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.

We have a variety of amenities for your wedding including; an arch, benches, chairs, signing table, cake table, gift table, white tablecloths, napkins, service wares, string lighting, dining tables (round & rectangle), PA speaker and microphone.

The rehearsal dinner features a three-course, family-style menu, with several preset options for the couple to choose from.

Yes. Our culinary team can accommodate many dietary needs and allergies, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Please share all requirements with us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

• Private Resort: For you and your guests only—no other visitors will be given access to the property during the entire event.
• Event Staff: Lodge hand, kitchen team, servers, bartender, housekeeping and property operations.
• Event Sites: Various ceremony, dining, social, party and recreation spaces.

Yes. Your wedding package includes exclusive use of the lodge, with no other events booked during your stay.

Private venue for the entire wedding event, all wedding amenities all in one location, amazing scenery, customized event planned with an onsite coordinator, all-inclusive vacation-style stay for all guests.

For shoulder-season weddings, while we do not have a set discounted wedding rate, we may be able to create a more customized package based on your plans and the time of year. For example, if you do not require the full range of wedding amenities and services included in our standard wedding package, we can look at tailoring the offering to better suit the size and style of your celebration.

We are happy to host weddings of any size; however, we do not offer a separate reduced rate for smaller weddings, as all of our bookings include exclusive private use of the lodge. That said, a smaller guest count will naturally result in a lower overall cost, as many of our wedding costs are based on the number of guests attending.

Yes. As a remote wedding venue, we offer onsite accommodation in two lodges for guests staying the full weekend or just the night of the event. We have 4 King rooms, 5 Double rooms, and 16 Queen rooms.

Yes. All wedding couples work closely with one of our guest relations coordinators to plan the details of their wedding according to their vision for the special celebration.

Yes, guests can stay on site in our lodge accommodations.

• We offer onsite camping once all of our guest rooms are booked out
• The Gold Panner Campground has a couple nicely appointed rental cabins and is only 30 minutes’ drive from the lodge

We offer host, cash, and donation bars, along with signature cocktails and wine and champagne services.

No, there is no minimum bar spend.

Due to the specifics of British Columbia Liquor Laws, any alcohol on the premises must be purchased under our liquor license. As a result, guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to Gostlin Keefer Lake Lodge. GKLL’s bar, The Twisted Post, is stocked with a full selection of beer and spirits and has a full range of British Columbian and international wines. If you have any special requests, please contact the Guest Relations team and we will do our best to bring in your requested items for your arrival.

Yes, we welcome well-mannered dogs in the lodge and bedrooms. If you are planning to bring your dog, please reach out to the Guest Relations team and they will provide you with the proper practices that must be followed. There is a fee of $25 per dog per night. Please note that Gostlin Keefer Lake Lodge does have dogs that stay on the property year-round.

Yes, rehearsal dinners can be hosted at the lodge.

We can provide a list of trusted vendors we’ve worked with and recommend for weddings and events.

Most of our guests drive to the lodge, whether they bring their own vehicle or rent from the airport. We can arrange shuttle service for guests.

Cancellation terms are detailed in your event contract.

Yes, live music is welcome at your wedding.

Yes. We have multiple locations on the property that can serve as an area for the bridal party to get ready.

Yes, stays can be extended based on availability and if they are pre-arranged.

Bugs are a natural part of summer at our remote lakeside mountain lodge. We recommend bringing bug spray, citronella bands, or similar protection. We also use lamps and bug zappers around the property to help minimize them.
