Enjoy a weekend in one of our two beatuiful timber-framed mountain lodges. Nestled amongst the stunning Monashee Mountains and sitting beside a pristine alpine lake, guests will enjoy 4 structured workouts lead by Dan Drynen, followed by educational sessions about fitness and macros. Conquer your fitness goals with structured work outs and stretching sessions and indulge in your macros with world class meals prepared by Keefer Lake Lodge’s head chef.
Special Guest, Dan Drynen, owns and operates OC Fit in Kelowna and dedicates his time to helping his clients attain those jaw-dropping transformation results. This is the boujee-est bootcamp you will ever see! Indulge in all of your favourite food while sticking within your macros and learn how you can live the lifestyle you desire in the body you deserve.
Package includes a 2-night stay in one of our private ensuite rooms, all meals and access to all lodge facilities and amenities for the weekend, which include a wood fired hot tub, sauna, bar, indoor games room and a variety of outdoor recreational games and all fitness sessions and coaching with Dan Drynen.
About Dan Dryden
After a lengthy career in acute care medicine as a Respiratory Therapist and having completed all the certs and education you’d want in a true Fitness professional, Dan has learned one thing for sure...

After seeing his Mom and Dad’s health deteriorate, Dan learned first hand the importance of a healthy body and what it’s like to lose your health. This experiene pushed Dan into healthcare and then opening his own brick and mortar gym.
After decades of tinkering with different training regimens, nutrition protocols, working with thousands of people over an +8 year span, and then owning, operating and expanding OC Fit in Kelowna, Dan has figured out the best way to attain those jaw-dropping transformation results we all want and deserve

Friday
Guests arrive & get straight into boot camp
- 3:00 - check in
- 4:00 - First exercise (1h) (set up exercise equipment outside and do a rotating session with all equipment + end with a swim)
- 6:30 - dinner & bar open
- 8:00 –stretching session (30 min) (in the lodge or on the deck depending on weather)
- 8:30 – massage open
- 8:30 - hot tub & sauna open
- 11:00 – massage ends
Saturday
Two work-outs, great food, evening stretching session followed by hot tub and sauna
- 6:00 – fresh brewed coffee
- 6:30 – morning work out (1h) (paddling)
- 8:00 – breakfast
- 10:00 – seminar on fitness training and macros inside lodge (2h)
- 12:00 – lunch
- 2:30 – exercise (2h) (outdoor steep hike/swim challenge)
- 4:30 – free time
- 6:00 - dinner & bar open
- 7:30 – stretching session (1h) (in the lodge or on the deck depending on weather)
- 8:30 – massage open
- 8:30 – hot tub & sauna
- 11:00 – massage ends
Sunday
Fun exercises, stretching session and depart
- 6:00 – fresh brewed coffee
- 6:30 – exercise (1h) (fun circuits – moving large woods, jack and jill log sawing, human foosball, slack line, lake)
- 8:00 – breakfast
- 9:00 – seminar on prepping macros (1h)
- 10:30 – guests prep their lunch using what they have learned on macros
- 12:00 – lunch
- 2:00 - guests depart
