Reception dinner


  • Flat Iron Steak, Beat Pure, Roasted Vegetable, Demi, Duck Fat Fingerling Potato
  • Chicken (Skin On), Demi, Sweet Potato Pure, Roasted Vegetable, Summer Herb Relish
  • Salmon, Broccolini and Bok Choi with White sauce, Garlic Wild Rice, Citrus Gremolata.
  • Carrot "Ossoo Buco" (vegan) Carrots braised in wine and mushroom broth finished with pearl onions and crimini mushrooms


  • Kale, Quinoa, Cranberry, Goat Cheese, Pickled Watermelon Radish.


  • Cheesecake, Apple Crumble, Key Lime Pie Trio

Friday Night Dinner

Pasta Night:

Three kinds of Pasta: Bolognese, Alfredo and Pesto, Bread & Ceasar Salad

Greek Night:

Chicken Slovakia, Rice, Roasted Vegetable & Tzatziki. Greek Salad & Pita Bread

Saturday Lunch:

Southern BBQ Chicken & Ribs, Two House Salads and Corn Bread.


Eggs Benny Feature on the first morning. A Chef's Special Omelete on the second morning. Classic Keefer Breakfast served with fresh brewed coffee each morning between 7:00 – 9:00 am

Night snack:

Parmesan and Artichoke Crisp, Meatballs, Chicken Satay, Capris on a Stick, Prawns, Meat & Cheese Plate, Vegetable Plate. Vegan and Gluten Free options as well.
